Black Crappie
The Black Crappie is widely distributed in ponds, lakes, and rivers.
It tends to prefer more open, larger waters than its white
counterpart. Weights range from 12oz to 1 lb 8 oz on average, and with
a maximum around 5 lb.

Bluegill
This is the most largely distributed panfish and most fished species
in N. America. You can typically find this fish in quiet waters with
weeds. The average weight is around 4 oz and in rare cases can reach
up to 4 lb.

Channel Catfish
This is one of the larger N. American species of catfish. It is the
only to have a rigidly forked tail. The maximum size is about 60 lb.

Hybrid Striped Bass
This hybrid fish is a mix of the striped and white bass. It is both a
large and aggressive bass. This fish is most visibly recognized by its
black stripes.

Largemouth Bass
The Largemouth Bass is a major N. American prize fish. This fish is
typically found around weeds and brush piles. This fish is different
than other bass with its deeply curved dorsal fin. Maximum size for
the Largemouth Bass is about 10 lbs.

Muskellunge
The muskellunge is a fast-growing, powerful fish that reaches lengths
of 12 in in only four months and grows to 6 ft or more. Its weights
range from 70 lb to 100 lb. The main visual difference between the
muskellunge and the nortern pike is their markings. The muskie has
dark bars or blotches on the sides, and the pike has light bars and
spots.

Northern Pike
The Northern Pike is an aggressive, solo hunter and its long, thin
body allows for bursts of acceleration. It's usually located near weed
beds that provide cover, but also large lakes where it feeds on
salmon, trout, or other fish. Weights for the pike range from 10 to 20
lb (on average) all the way to 70 lbs (highest reported).

Redear Sunfish
The redear sunfish is also known as the "shellcracker" since its diet
consists of snails and clams. It crushes this food source with its
powerful grinding teeth. This fish can grow over 4 lb 12 oz.

Smallmouth Bass
This is also another prized N. American game fish similar to the
Largemouth Bass. This type of bass enjoys streams and deep, clear
lakes. Weights range from about 1 lb on average to about 5 lbs max.

Walleye
The walleye got its name from its glassy, large eyes. These eyes glow
at night similar to a cat's eyes. This fish is a good food fish and
heights range from 3 lb on average to a maximum of 25 lb.
